Terms of service

These terms cover your use of AI Picks Me, a service that checks whether AI assistants recommend your business and suggests changes when they do not. By subscribing you agree to them.

Who we are

These terms are between you and Ahsan Ahmed Chowdhury (trading as aipicksme), Bangladesh ("we", "us"), who provides AI Picks Me. Support: ahsan@aipicksme.com.

What the service does

We put questions to third-party AI assistants — such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity — and record what they say about the business you ask us to monitor. We compare the business details published across sources including Google and OpenStreetMap, and we produce a report of what we found together with suggested changes.

What we cannot promise

This matters more than anything else here, so it is stated plainly:

• We do not control what AI assistants say. They are operated by other companies, personalise their answers, and change without notice. We report what we observed on the day we asked.
• We cannot guarantee you will be recommended, that your score will rise, or that any suggested change will produce a particular result. Anyone promising that is guessing.
• Your score will vary. The same question asked twice can be answered differently. We ask consistently so movement over time is meaningful, but no single result is definitive.
• Suggested changes are suggestions. You decide what to publish about your own business, and you are responsible for its accuracy.

Your account

• Monitor only businesses you own or are authorised to act for.
• Keep your sign-in link private. Anyone with access to your email can open your reports.
• Your plan sets how many locations you may monitor.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate a business, to publish claims you know to be untrue, or to attempt to manipulate AI assistants with fabricated information. The service exists to make accurate information about real businesses easier for assistants to read.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you buy, and by subscribing you accept these terms and our refund policy. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Ending the service

You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. If we discontinue the service, we will give notice and refund any unused portion of a paid period.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of a report.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will email subscribers before the change takes effect.
